Nanette
Catarinella, owner of Room Styles
Interiors, is a licensed real estate
broker, award winning Re-designer,
home staging expert, author and
instructor. She has been transforming
homes–and lives– for over 25
years.
Nanette has a
Bachelor of Arts degree from the
University of Pittsburgh and
additional training in interior
design, real estate, residential
construction and home staging. Her
family has been prominent in the
Pittsburgh area home building industry
for more than 80 years. She has been
involved with all aspects of new
construction including designing homes
and condominiums and selling the
finished products. |

long-time advocate of the
“use-what-you-have” decorating philosophy,
Nanette established
Room Styles Interiors in 2002.
She enjoys the instant gratification of
interior re-design/staging and delights in
the enthusiastic responses she receives when
a client’s room transformation is revealed.
Her talent has been recognized not only by
her clients, but also by her peers. Her room
transformations have won first place honors
at national and international competitions
across the country.
Nanette is a sought-after speaker and
contributing writer for a variety of
publications. She developed a Pennsylvania
state-approved class on home staging for
real estate agents and is a popular
instructor for the Realtor’s Educational
Institute. She also offers Do-It-Yourself
decorating and staging workshops to
home-sellers and design enthusiasts
interested in learning more about the
exciting concepts of redesign and staging.
Her booklet, Stage it! How to Sell Your
Home Fast and For More $$$ has helped
hundreds of Realtors® and home-sellers
achieve impressive results.
Nanette has been featured in the Pittsburgh
